Write on Math: Taking Better Notes in Math Class (E-Book)

Write On! Math is an e-book that offers specific strategies and projects designed to keep students engaged during math class, strengthen their mathematics, and teach technical writing skills. This e-book also helps students learn how to take better notes in math class.


Real Life Teens: Preparing for College (Video)

Real Life Teens is a 19 minute video, designed to help teens prepare for college success. Subjects include ways to prepare for college; the importance of graduating from high school, SATs and their importance, the importance of choosing the right college, developing good study habits, where to ask for college preparation and future careers. A viewable/printable instructor's guide is available online. 


Effective Study Skills is a 30 minute video  that helps students learn how to achieve academic success by learning study behaviors that lead to high achievement. This video gives specific suggestions in the areas of listening, note-taking and outlining and effective time management. Emphasis is placed on preparing for classes, paying attention and developing a positive attitude.
